Bobbi L. Stoner MS, LSW, LICDC-S

She has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Asbury College and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. Bobbi has 20 plus years of clinical experience working in addiction and mental health counseling. As a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Supervisory status, Bobbi finds it very rewarding to be able to work with individuals struggling with substance dependency. Her substance dependent counseling is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and may include one or more of the following: individual counseling, couples or family counseling, education group or recovery group.

Joshua Stewart LISW-S, LICDC

Graduated from The Ohio Sate University and has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years with experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient, home-based, and outpatient. Joshua is an independent licensed social worker who provides services for individuals, families, groups, couples, adolescents and adults. Joshua has experience working with mood related issues, survivors of trauma (abuse, grief and loss, etc.), social difficulties, self-harming, addiction, coping skills, anger management, and behavioral issues. Joshua’s approach with his clients focuses on building and fostering therapeutic relationships through acceptance, collaboration, and the development of long term solutions. 

Paul G Czernik LSW

Areas of Focus/Specialties: Trauma Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Sexual Identity, Body Dysmorphia, Veterans, Developmental Disabilities

Paul is a licensed mental health therapist with a history in substance abuse counseling. He worked with developmentally disabled adults for 15 years. Paul grew up in Chicago, attended DePaul University for his Bachelors & Masters degree before moving to Ohio. Paul was married for 25 years before his wife died of pancreatic cancer. He has one son, who works at Crown Manufacturing. He recently remarried.

Matt Overman Counselor Trainee

is pursuing his Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. He integrates faith, compassion, and evidence-based approaches—drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques. Matt’s areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, and family therapy. An ordained Deacon in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, Matt brings both clinical skill and spiritual depth to his work. He and his wife, Beth, are proud parents of five and share a love for music and martial arts. Matt is under the supervision of Dr. Aaron Kuhn PhD, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS

Amy Heiby Office Manager

Amy serves as the office manager, and you will see her welcoming you at the front desk during daytime office hours. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for more than 30 years, and together they have raised three wonderful sons, of whom she is very proud. Amy gained two wonderful daughters when two of her sons were married and is the proud grandmother of two grandchildren, with another on the way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and cherishing family moments.

Karen Bertke Office Staff

Karen’s journey at Restoration Counseling Center began in 2019 when she became the night receptionist. Karen was born and raised in Celina, but has called Myrtle Beach, South Carolina her home for the past 25+ years. She returnee to care for her parents.
